Grassroots start at home!

“With my sleeves rolled up, I’ve spent decades getting things done in this community — not from the sidelines, but on the boards, commissions, and committees that shape daily life in Santa Rosa. Combined with a 30-year career in organizational management, that’s experience that money can’t buy. Now I'm bringing that same hands-on, experienced approach to the Santa Rosa City Council.”

Chris Coursey, Sonoma County Supervisor, District 3

“Melanie Jones-Carter has been showing up for Santa Rosa long before this campaign. I've seen her work firsthand — on the Design Review and Preservation Board, the Commission on the Status of Women, and across the community. She is thoughtful, experienced, and deeply committed to the people of District 4. I am proud to endorse her for Santa Rosa City Council.”

Victoria Fleming

“We need a leader who is rooted in this community, not just running through it. Someone with both the heart and the experience to do the unglamorous, necessary work.”
