We are the county seat of one of the state’s most popular tourism destinations — let’s make Downtown Santa Rosa the heart of Sonoma County.

I’ll work with downtown property owners and local arts organizations to expand opportunities for live performances, bring back a real farmers market with actual vegetables, and keep building housing downtown.

I’ll push to recruit a destination retail anchor and a major grocery store, and to make it easier for wine tasting rooms and pop-up markets to open downtown, so small, local businesses can test new ideas without months of red tape.

That’s how we build a downtown that keeps visitors and locals coming back.
